Organic Maps is based on OpenStreetMap data. OpenStreetMap is "only" geographic data, and does not include reviews. Photos are sometimes available through third parties (Mapillary, Panoramax, Wikimedia) and can be tagged onto OSM objects.

OSM also does not include traffic data. For this I recommend the free https://www.magicearth.com/ which routes with OpenStreeMap data and loads traffic information from third party sources.
