It's a good idea because otherwise China will bomb your foundry or steal your designs. Besides, you don't ever get skilled workers if you don't try to develop them. > Didn't TSMC also struggle to hire enough skilled workers in Arizona? That was mostly marketing so they could ask for more tax credits. In practice it seems to be going okay. |
