Just still a "work-in-progress" but I created a repo with notebooks and scripts that can be used to convert FASTA files for CombFold (which performs a combinatorial assembly of subunits) alongside protein prediction in AlphaFold and then generates a summary table of the predictions in Jupyter. Any feedback would be appreciated. |
