Just go try on a “medium” sized shirt in America and see how far this has went. You can be obese and still find it roomy. I’m 5’ 11” 175lb and I need to dress in small and occasionally extra-small items of clothing. How the hell is someone like me small?

I used to be 205lb and people would refuse to believe I was overweight. Everything in the U.S. is geared towards husky folk. Big portions, lots of calories, and the idea of walking even a mile to get somewhere? Forget about it. The new weight loss drugs may help but they are fighting a lot of entrenched “stuff” that just makes being overweight easier and less burdensome.
