I managed to get pretty good deliverability by doing the common things that are suggested (DNSSEC, SPF, DKIM, rDNS, etc.) and making sure my IP and domain were not on any common blocklists. I used https://maddy.email/ as my email server and coredns as my dns server, which seemed to work pretty well.

Have you tried setting up selfhosted email and did you follow all the common steps recommended?

All those enchantations are never good enough for Microsoft’s email servers.
Sometimes they are. I've got emails delivered to M$. They are the worst of the lot, though.
google has started to block mailbox[x.x.x.x] and mailbox[ipv6:...] recently, as I remember, I did give a try hardly a few years ago with some Big-Tech-Jailed friends and it was working.

Now, it is completely blocked. The AOL and compuserve mob is back.

How it is even remotly "human" to miss the point that much???
