As someone who has worked as a credit manager in a fintech company, I’ve faced firsthand the challenges of human-intensive debt collection. Teams relying solely on phone calls often struggle with efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Managing human teams comes with its own set of challenges—productivity varies, oversight is demanding, and scaling requires significant time and resources.

This inspired me to create BellmanLoop, an AI-powered debt collection platform designed to address these pain points. I envisioned a solution that combines the power of automation with the ability to scale seamlessly while ensuring compliance and maintaining the personal touch necessary in sensitive conversations.

BellmanLoop isn’t just a tool—it’s a smarter way to approach debt recovery: • No more productivity dips due to human fatigue. • Consistent, round-the-clock performance. • Scalable operations to meet changing demands. • Real-time analytics for actionable insights. • Self-learning AI that improves outcomes over time.

I truly believe chat-based interactions powered by AI are the future of debt collection, offering a more efficient, empathetic, and scalable solution. I’m excited to share BellmanLoop with you all and look forward to hearing your thoughts, experiences, and feedback.

Can you explain how an ai chatbot increases empathy?
While humans can be empathetic, it is hard to maintain consistency both within oneself and across the team. Using an LLM agent can result in higher consistency across hours and agents.
I stopped reading after "AI"...
You can check out the landing page (https://bellmanloop.com/) to learn more. I also included it on ProductHunt (https://www.producthunt.com/posts/bellmanloop).

If you need a demo, I would be happy to show it to you.

The key issue is the problem we are trying to solve: managing a team of human collectors is costly and may not necessarily result in a higher recovery per dollar invested.

You don't get it, do you?
