Absolutely. And explicitly calling out wealthy people for being wealthy just reeks of jealousy.

The original OP didn’t say anything about wealth, just that “it couldn't happen to a more deserving person.” It’s possible he wished failure on Elon for reasons other than his wealth (there are so many).
