I thought we were in some nth generation of the M.C. paradigm. Key feature today is manufacturing dissent, which is still narrative control. The other day was reading an eye opener on the life of Benjamin Crowninshield Bradlee and his (social) friends. So many journalists in US started in military intelligence.
