I think this was true at some point, but I’ve been disappointed in the quality of the OSS Netflix tools recently. I think before k8s and a plethora of other tools matured, they were way ahead of the curve. I specifically found the Netflix suite for Spring very lacking, and found message oriented architectures on something like NATS a lot easier to work with. |
