The communist experiment was ran for 5 years in Russia, then was replaced by a politburo after masses were sufficiently bamboozled by a strong leader. Instantly a council dictatorship, which is anathema to communism. The one place that had the chance to test it still, Ukraine, got crushed soon after by the Red Army. Any other examples of communism that were not crushed by a strong enemy or instantly turned? USSR "communism" had even bigger quotes than current western "democracy". |
