| hey all I'm trying to figure out if Builder.io is still a good choice to build my company's marketing site. I like their technology but it looks somewhat abandoned. Here are a few examples: - I've clicked on a button to enable an integration and it said someone would contact me - that was over a week ago and nobody contacted me - UI things looks broken. When I add a new entry in the CMS, it sometimes just doesn't show up in the "search box" when trying to use it. It works if I type the name. - They have a concept of reusable elements called Symbols. For whatever reason, they never look right in the editor (they all look like the footer symbol). They look right when I publish it. But the main worrisome one is that all my models and CMS pages and data disappeared from my space. I reached out to support (clicked on the site) more than 24 hours ago and all I got so far was an email asking me what the email associated with the account was (which is ironic because clearly they had my email). FWIW, I'm a paying customer. Is it abandoned ? |
