No, not where should it start. Whether that behaviour is acceptable is not the question. In my opinion it is not, but I don't think I should decide because a whole lot of things that are widely seen as very acceptable I would place under bad for the internet as well. If you throw around an idea as strong as that of a "good netizen" I am much more interested in where it ends. Are the Tor developers good netizens? |
