Yes, what you suggest would work at distributing the literal messages, but it doesn't really support collaboration: * It doesn't help with coordinating who is going to take responsibility for a conversation;
* replies are stuck in your personal accounts (unless you remember to CC everyone);
* there's no way of discussing conversations privately without using another tool; * you can't easily share URLs to conversations in other tools... ... you get the idea :) |
