Yup! That’s exactly why they initially list every bad outcome before trying to rule it in/out. For example, you might be tempted to dismiss deaths due to traffic accidents as being obviously unrelated to a drug. However, if there were a lot of them, it would be prudent to check for potential effects on reaction times or judgement. |
