The problem is that most[0] people don't know how to deal with special needs[1] This won't count for relationships you can't choose (like in an office) but I don't think I'm an outlier my those around me, but with ADHD you are more likely to have friends and even intimate relationships who also have ADHD or are from an ADHD family. They won't think that you are weird because they already know this behaviour quite well. |
