It's a mix. Some companies write nice posts with very specific projects. Some are vague and full of buzz words. As an example, Trafigura have the nice pattern of posting a project the new hire will tackle in their first six months (e.g. https://sumble.com/l/z6m9djMq9H). Link should be working now (albeit a bit slow). Seems like we have been receiving more than the usual amount of traffic today. |
