Oh I know. The Mediterranean diet is universelly associated with good health outcomes. It doesn't seem to matter how many youtubers there are explaining mechanisms why carbs or vegetables are bad for you... It also happens to align with a diet that is much better for the planet than the SAD. I started following a Mediterranean style diet for my own heath a long time ago, and when I realized the harm of animal agriculture I stopped eating animal products completely. I of course would have preferred to continue eating like before, but evidence told me otherwise. |
