I'm building a fork of firefox for android that blocks sites that I find addictive e.g. youtube.com, but allows wildcards: youtube.com/watch?v=* so I can watch an individual video. Then I block all other browsers at that operating system level using mdm in Android. I'm running a hacky version on my phone and it's been surprisingly effective at stopping me from doom scrolling. |
