The idea seems interesting, however (and I dont mean to kill your spirit) I see one thing that could block people from renting a space: why would I trust a stranger to let them into my home? Similar to tenants: why would I trust a stranger and come to their house? Sorry to say this, but this idea seems like a predator magnet for all weird people that want to do weird stuff to others. Unless you provide some KYC process (which we all know is not bulletproof) I would rather stick to a cafe and work from there.

Do you have any plans to tackle that objection?

Yes, as a host, you are the one that decide if you want to accept or decline an offer. Meaning that if you want to first ask a coupe of questions, ask for some pics or similar - then you can do that.
