You don't always need to announce it to everyone. You can try talking to HR and asking for accommodations (which someone with ADHD is eligible for through the ADA). And the nice thing there is you don't have to tell anyone else. Accommodations can include things as simple as leeway for coming in late, or with deadlines. They can even go up to removing specific requirements from your role. It's worth asking what's available at least. |
