It just doesn't look so obvious. In practice management will push the developer to communicate and document and justify the work. If the dev complies, they find themselves spending most of their time on the overhead. Welcome to big software enterprises where very little gets done. If they don't comply, then management will keep adding pressure and eventually get rid of the developer because of "behavioural issues". |
