Says here[1] you won't be able to create new tickets. Which is a bit surprising, I would have expected something usage-based with so few included. Like you get 100 included and then you pay per additional 100 or whatever. Btw the quota link in the FAQ is broken, had to dig in the admin manual for find this page.
