C.AI shouldn't be marketed to kids, and it should have stopped when suicide was mentioned. But its also baffling to think that he had unrestricted access to a firearm. I don't think a lawsuit to C.AI is entirely right here.
Absolutely. The fact that any mention of suicide didn't trigger any alarms or change in the bot's behavior is pure negligence. And yeah minors should not be allowed to use these services.
