Thank you for your kind response. I am happy for your friends and also the message you received at your gym. Life is truly a journey unique to each one of us. I’ve found peace and I carry a signed index card in my wallet on which I’ve written my “ethos”. It took me a long time to come up with it and I’m sure it’s common, but those 5 points are something I try to remain true towards. Cheers mate, best. |
