I went 0' 5' 10' 15, 20kg over 3 years after an embolism.
N=1 (rather like yourself: or you spoke to/ read about people that don't quite understand 'pacing'.
Do you/ them struggle with 1 bag of shopping? I make three or more light(er)trips. |
