Nightmare trying to recover hacked Facebook account

I have tried everything and only get a generic response from facebook, my account was hacked 11/04/24 via cookie hijack I downloaded a virus which tried to hack most of my accounts saved on google password manager. The response I get from facebook "

Well if that date is correct it appears there is nothing for Facebook to do yet. They’re an American company after all.

They have the EU HQ in Ireland where I live hopefully they turn the other cheek.

Getting a human to help is impossible at Facebook, and it's on purpose. I lost $200 to a scammer on Marketplace, and the only recourse was to go through my credit card company.

... Don't buy things on Marketplace that offer shipping. The seller will give you a real tracking number to an unrelated package with the same zip code destination, which means it is much harder to claim that the package never arrived to you.

Yes I got scammed €60 a while ago for an xbox the person litterly didnt ship anything at that was it but this is in relation to my hacked account, im in the process of trying a subject data request for my information I heard on reddit forums it can get your account back if your in the EU. fingers crossed.
