Dropbox was torn to pieces because it was a feature (folder sync) raising money as a company. It was obvious why it was a useful feature, but it wasn't obvious how they'd build a moat. This product is unlike Dropbox in that it isn't solving a problem anyone has. I'd go further and say it immediately repelled me because it looks like it would make using my computer even worse. |
