Ask HN: Early-stage product marketing strategies?

I've built a tool to reduce technical debt and landed a few early customers, but I'm struggling to get meaningful feedback. I want more visibility, but I'm not sure where to start. X(Twitter) feels ineffective with my small following.

For those who've been through this, what marketing approaches worked in your early days? What didn't? Any insights appreciated.
