Buy stolen credit cards for $15 a piece and connect them to the fintech accounts before laundering the funds to the bank account. Then buy crypto, cash out, repeat. You'd have 5K in a week.

You could also open a Stripe account and offer to process payments for a very high-risk merchant, say https://annas-archive.org. That also works. You will very likely end up in an indictment though.
