The issue with these "discrimination" lawsuits is that fee shifting provisions mean that if you lose, you pay their lawyers, but if you win you get nothing. So lawyers file these cases and ask for 90 pct of what it would cost you to bring the case to trial, and then spend infinite amounts of time and effort on discovery. It is legalized extortion |
