An alternative mascot that no human could conceivably find offensive? No. I think we have to make a judgement call here: is there any kind of meaningful threshold we could agree upon, e.g. if 50%+1 people find a logo offensive, it has to get replaced? Or do we just ignore the crazies and get on with making the world a better place? |
