There are so many websites downloading entire web frameworks, tens of megabytes, to display static web pages. Maybe a contact form, or a twitter embed or something. I absolutely loathe it and if these sorts of tools even slightly move the needle towards bringing back standard HTML sites, I'm so incredibly for them. The web is so flat and dull now. |
