We need law to deal with thia lack of support. Google able to get away because they use bots instead of humans. Laws need to address this shortcoming or loopholes. Doing this will bring back jobs to USA (or at the very least imrpoves India and Phillipines call centers like good ol Dell days). We need companies to have support teams in place to address grievances within say 20 days. Failing to do so, companies get penalized 1% of what cuatomers losing calculated each day. Every 10th days cost extra 1% added to calculation. The penalty is capped at 10% of company market cap. You will see immediately Google having world class support and indirectly improves unemployment and affect real wage increase worldwide. Unfortunately, congress arent as smart as most eastern politicians.
