I'd be lying if I said I have passion for coding. Throughout my time in college, I was learning a little from everything. I’d say I have a decent grasp of major concepts in computer science and software engineering, but since I rarely code, I don’t feel confident about any particular subject after not working with it for a while. I rarely code to the point that I haven’t read key books like Clean Code. Now, I want to specialize in something, and I’d like to know what my options are. I’ve found that I lean more toward web development, specifically full-stack. There’s Next.js, but there are also frameworks like WordPress, Django, Laravel, etc. Which of these technologies do you think companies will continue to invest in as they grow in demand? What about AI? I did a master’s in AI but couldn’t see myself doing it for a living. |
