Since it does not handle JavaScript at the moment, I believe the applicable scope is quite limited.

I'd think maybe in you could do inline JavaScript. Or inline CSS. Or JavaScript urls in the links. Gosh, there are so many possibilities, makes me feel good about the architectural decisions that led to this point.
