It will be fun to see how the Supreme Court decides to rubber stamp this. My money is on "lack of standing". Whoever sues over this will be the wrong people. I suppose they might just do what Oklahoma wants: decide that the First Amendment doesn't actually say that they can't forcibly convert children. But I'm betting that they take the cowardly route instead. |
