Well, that's... uncommon. What made you take the leap? Met the love of your life who is from Poland. As a Pole I'm both honored and impressed but would like to understand your motivation. People who don't move to Poland rarely want to study the language.

That's it! My girlfriend is Polish and would be great to be able to speak with her family. A lot of my friends are Polish too. She has translate between her family and me currently. It's been very hard to learn though. Haven't liked Duolingo so far so going to try Babel. If not that I may take classes.
