Beautiful dream, though reality is yet to be tested. The greatest challenge I foresee is that effective food systems require a great deal of processing. Without an army of regular maintainers the ambition may fall to rot, pests, and inconsistent availability (unreliable.) I myself have had this dream, and have exhausted myself on small scale projects facing similar challenges. |
