but to maintain accessibility for a certain class of entertainment that is already required to be accessible when it's not on the Internet. This isn't the case. When was the last time you went into a movie theater and watched a movie that had closed captioning? I have a deaf friend and he complains about having to drive great lengths to find a specific theater playing a specific movie with closed captioning. |
