People do work on hard problems.

You edited your first posted verbiage which contained the word "perception" and this is the only reason I logged in to respond.

Anything worth doing takes considerable time and the personal pressures imposed by society in this day and age are significantly impacting to everyone given our 'now' world that is being incorrectly perceived holistically as 'instant'. For those entrepreneurs that are long game investing their time in "hard problems" I encourage all those toiling to avoid the hype. The strongest word in the English language is 'no' so do not be afraid to use it to defend your time in building.

Stay Healthy!

I thought about expanding on the thought, but honestly the original post seems to be in bad faith. It should be immediately obvious to anyone researching social issues that there are tons of people working on them. Also the problems listed are important and require capital, but not even close to what I would consider the hardest problems humans are up against.
