I've been told the other trick is to turn to your spouse and say "I don't know honey, we would have to sell the RV". They know people never sell the RV and so they will let you out the door as it is a waste of their time. (You don't need an RV, you just need them to think you have an RV.) Note if you are thinking about an RV, rent them. A timeshare is a better deal than buying an RV for most people, even though timeshares are scams and RVs are not. |
