Sam Altman (CEO of "OpenAI" - company responsible for chatGPT ) just announced that " It is possible that we will have superintelligence in a few thousand days".
Alas! For almost a century [see diagram] CEO's are spreading phony illusions about "superintelligent AI" being almost ready. This happens when your main concern is to find investors rather than actually helping humanity.
