Apple historically haven't been great, but they're getting better now. I know people don't want to give credit for that because it didn't happen of their own volition, only when they were incentivised. Me personally, I've never gotten to the 3 year mark on a smartphone and remained happy with it before my current iPhone 12. They would break, or stop receiving updates or have abysmal battery life or become too slow - literally none of these are issues I'm facing. I'll probably keep this for another year before replacing it with the iPhone 17. |
