That's somewhat true, but trite, and shouldn't imply that you shouldn't listen to customers. It's up to you as a product manager to analyze and synthesize people's feedback and thoughts, integrating it with your other knowledge and constraints, in order to arrive at (as much as possible) well-founded product plans. If it works well, I think this tool could really help accelerate the process, especially if you can get it to give you its sources, like Perplexity does. |
