Hey, I’m Sree, and I built this because I found it to be a pain in the bum to collect bug reports and feedback from users of my saas products. I had to create new forms, DB schemas, and also s3 buckets to store screenshots from users, which was annoying. So, I decided to build something that makes it easier for developers like me to gather feedback and bug reports without the headache. PS: I'm a Theo T3 fanboy.
