Please cite the sources for this maybe? The ITF personnel won't be counted as Civilians, correct? Even before adding the Hannibal directive death's, by ITF's own people, these figures are not correct.

From the linked wiki. Not 1200. This would be much clearer when the Hannnibal directive kills are excluded. Such a shame that the most moral Army would kill their own.
