Ask HN: Is your LinkedIn feed content all ads/promotions or is just me?

Seems like everything in my feed is either ads or my colleagues promoting one thing or another. Is it just me oe is this what LinkedIn is nowadays?

It was that back in 2016 when I quit. Also a major source of email spam because people could download a list of their connections, email addresses and all.

I went through a phase of working with a professional bullshitter and prospecting in LinkedIn and it took on almost demonic character with all the bullshitters that it brought into my life and even turned me into a bullshitter.

That's basically what the site is. It's ok for building a network, but the feed is mostly worthless.
