Welcome to central coast California. It is a tech issue as people like Ellison think it will solve the issue by surveilling everyone and using 'AI' to find the bad guys. The worse part is it goes from petty crimes to terrible crimes.
I am not, however, advocating the lock them up til 35. We need to use the money we subsidize people like Ellison with to mitigate and navigate long before the first arrest happens. |
