6. Face-to-face beats emails and memos.

7. Working software trumps paperwork.

8. Don't burn out your team. Keep a steady pace.

9. Don't half-ass the tech stuff.

10. Do less, but better.

11. Let teams figure shit out themselves.

12. Regularly ask: "How can we suck less?"
