I've used Haskell professionally for two years. It is the right pick for the project I'm working on (static analysis). I'm less sold on the overall Haskell ecosystem, tooling, and the overall Haskell culture. There are still plenty of ways to do things wrong. Strong types don't prevent that. Laziness is a double-edged sword and can be difficult to reason about. |
